I do think privacy when using the internet is important. The amount of privacy you give yourself is the amount that you will be given. For example, on Facebook you can choose who sees your information and you decide what you post on there. However, if you post things you don't want people to see or do not make it private than anyone can see it. A study shows that 33% agree strongly that there should be new laws to protect privacy on the Internet. If people get a hold of information that you do not wish people to know than you could be at risk.A wikileak is an international new media non-profit organization that publishes submissions of otherwise unavailable documents from anonymous news sources and news leaks.

I think tobacco is legal because when it was first created they did not know how bad it was for your body. Now, people are addicted to tobacco products and it would be very hard for them to stop using. The amount of money that is made from tobacco helps our economy. The owners of tobacco companies do not want to give up their industires or money they made from selling tobacco. If tobacco was illegal, I think people would still find a way to get the tobacco.

I like to play soccer, and hang out with my friends. I never blogged before so I don’t have an opinion on it. However, it seems very frustrating and confusing. I hope to learn how to blog better in this class. After high school, I want to be an elementary teacher.
